That video has got to be one of the best I've seen so far. The fluid animation and the motion of the tails is exactly what I would expect from Ahri doing a dance number.

I've only just started to get into CG animation so I'll have to check it out. So far I've only worked a little with MMD and Blender so learning about software apps that can do the level of animation in your video is most welcome.
