Description
This is based on Queen Fyora form Neopets.I had always wondered how digital painters made the hair look so nice and detailed (more realistic than reality). I played around with the Photoshop tools and tried to make the hair more detailed. Suggestions? I'm still working on my digital painting skills. But I'm happy that I'm able to do this much completely on the computer.
