I feel like you may benefit from killing the white space in some manner, and building higher saturation to create another, or add emphasis to existing focal points. Whenever I work with a wax, or paper medium, building tons of layers atop another can yield much deeper values.
I would also like to mention how her tail connects. You may consider developing a skeletal rig of sorts for placing bone structure, even in cartoons. At the moment, it seems to me that her tail stems from her right flank, and is angled very highly.
The color choice, and white along her hair creates a very unique style however, and I do enjoy the whites of the image, as they are very gradated, and add detail without adding noise.
However as a whole, I feel that should you develop more contrast and develop structure, your style will blossom.

I love the shading on this piece. Really soft but also vibrant. Loving how you did the gradual 'ombre' type shading. Makes it look more realistic. How you did the eye is also very good because it 'defines' the coldness and the colours once again also signifys her 'coldness'. Adding the white glint in the eye adds a really obvious sign of life too! Maybe next tiem add more than one eye glint in each eye? idk.. im just saying e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>. Lovin the face shape adn hair too e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/> KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND GOOD JOB ON THIS DRAWING :3! Teach Me? ;D
