UH GUH GUH.This was one of those pictures that simply did not want to get finished. I had to fight tooth and nail to get it to the point it's at now, and even though, yes, it could maybe still use a little more "umph", I declare myself officially OVER IT. XD
That said, I really am rather fond of this. The whole concept and all that. I drew it in bed while on a vacation during the summer, so it has fond memories for me, added to the Riku/Sora-y fluffness. :3
I love these two, even when they're half fish. X3 ZOMG, sparkly bubbles! I want to go swimming wherever this is!

I actually had a really hard time picking out what kind of colouring to give his tail, but in the end I drew inspiration from his KH1 outfit, and it's all bluey purpley and yellow. :3

The bubbles were essentially me playing around with fuzzy-edged brushes, then I'd erase out the middle, then I'd add some twinkly lookin' sparkles around the clusters and voila! Sparkly bubbles. XD
I know what you mean - there's something about Riku/Sora that is just so full of love and wonderousness... It's hard for me to pick an absolute favourite pairing of all time, out of all of my fandoms, but I think if I really really had to, Riku/Sora would be the one I'd stick with.
