Butters is probably my favorite South Park character, and it's taken me ages to come up with a design for him (sorta cute and doofy at the same time.) I'm still not entirely happy with this, but whatever. "Marjorine" is in there, too, because episode 909 is hilarious and made me even more of a rabid Butters fan.
(this'll probably be scrapped later)
Doodled last night with a red pen at 12:40. Colored with Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and Open Canvas.
South Park belongs to Matt and Trey. Naturally.
