Description
The title is 'Self Portrait with a monster in my pocket'It is a soft ground etching on a copper plate.
I used brown and blue ink in the lines, and then did a surface roll with a salmonish color. I then wiped away the surface roll to expose the plate's surface in certain areas.

What an interesting printing technique. I've done surface rolls, but it's never occurred to me to wipe parts away.
I'm going to have to try that.
