Fourth in this batch is Laguna, the bold swamp creature who views himself as the most alluring monster in his homeland, much to the annoyance of the other swamp creatures he resides with. His Monsdress gives Fiona the power to swim underwater with an unlimited air supply, as well as use water based attacks either when submerged or on land.
