Defense Points NR = 1, SR = 1, UR = 2
Field ability: fires a Mini-Bill from his cannon to hit objects like switches from a distance. The longer the action button is held, the farther the Mini-Bill will go when launched.

“Fodder is a Bony Beetle who was considered to be nothing but cannon fodder, which is where he got his name from, because he doesn't have spikes to retract/release from his shell. To try and defend himself in battle, he mounted a miniature Bill Blaster on top of his shell to gain his honour from his so-called comrades. Unlike the typical Koopa ally, Fodder has a somewhat original partner ability."

Attacks:
Back Fire – Simply fires a Mini-Bill at an enemy, attack misses if action command fails.

Power Shell 3FP – Spins his shell across the stage, attacking all ground enemies.

Will Fire 7FP – Fires missiles into the air, where they repeatedly land onto each enemy one at a time, attacking all enemies until the action command fails.

First Aid Shell 6FP – Allows Fodder to recover 5 hp every time he's in danger for five turns.

I wouldn't be surprised if anyone didn't remember these Paper Mario enemies, as they were only introduced close to the end of the game. As a matter of fact, I think I might be the only one who has tried to make a partner out of this particular Dry Bones species.
