Yup! Belive it or not! Neopets Faerie Fan Art!! XD.
Hey what can I say, Jhudora (in her cranky ways) is just so damn cool XD, and Neopets Shini has a thing for her XDDD. Doing Quests for her,collecting items of her, Getting crabbed at you know the usual.
This is actually the first verson that I had to do simply because there is nipple shadows....yes belive it or not..Neopets has a hissy about this and so I had to make a SECOND verson without...pffffft. So anyway you lucky people get to see the first verson with shadows XD. Also the nice thigh high slit in the dress...was my idea XD. I tweeked her a little, made her less scary-wicked-witch type and more sultry-evil-temptress. :3
Redone in anime/Shini style, and if I missed anything, or got anything wrong be easy on me cause I only had two images to work from and neather were very good. There needs to be more of her on Neopets.

but there are much better ones out there then this...this one is oooold XD. Though I have to admit she was my favorite too when I was hard on back at Teripets. I always did her quests even though she was vindictive and gave me crap items XD.

I was only on Neopets a long time ago and have never been back, so I know nothing about the character. That said, if this is how you see her, then I can certainly understand why Neo Shini would have a crush on her. All dark and tempting as all get out. Yep, she's most definately Shimi's kinda girl.
