For a long time Rebecca's favorite treasure was her hat which was a special gift from her father before she left for Issho but after the event in which she time traveled to Hisui, she realizes that her actual treasure is her pokemon, especially her starter April who like the others got left behind. So when she was finally able to come back to the present and gets reunited with her pokemon, she now takes it for granted and treasures the times she is able to spend with them.
