Here are some nice Mewtwo poses. One shows him flying towards the viewer (top left), the second shows him charging his Shadow Ball (bottom left). Mewtwo is about to take a step and release the attack. The last pose (sorry, only three today) has him levitate and show off his psychic powers, which manifests itself as electric sparks around his right arm. And Mewtwo looks pretty agitated too. Notice how his chest is shaped like a butterfly in that pose. If you can't figure out how to draw Mewtwo's chest, just remember: butterflies!
Oh, and yes, Mewtwo does have a mouth. It is quite small, and you usually can't see it because Mewtwo tends to pull his head down. When he looks up, he reveals his mouth. In the movies, there are almost no good shots of Mewtwo's teeth and I don't know what they look like in the official manga either. However, I think the general concensus is that Mewtwo has sharp fangs and teeth, just like a cat.
