This photo is a nice idea! However this is a common subject, even I have a few fruit-in-mouth photos. This photo is also a bit awkward. If one looks around the area on the top of the lip, the lipstick is very flat, and missing from the very top of the lip. It is also very blurry, and looks as if it has been airbrushed over. There are also parts of the strawberry (the left side), and the center of the lower lip that also look as if it were muted by some sort of photo-manipulation process. It is also a bit distracting when the lips are similar in colour to the strawberry. Now I am not saying that you should go out and paint your lips purple, but a nude lip would have provided a softer touch to the photo. Also a smaller strawberry and perhaps a show of teeth would create a more interesting shot! A good concept though, and I do appreciate the detail of the leaves, and their vivid contrast to the stark red of the berry and the lips. So good job and keep it up, there's always the next shot!
