Wow, what a beautiful kitty. Looks just like my kitty
Whats the first thing you notice? The kitty, and his beautiful eyes. And the fact that he looks exactly like my cat, but maybe not as fat. I also notice how in focus his head is
What do you like the most? The focus, and the brightness of the photo. The light is balanced beautifully and it's just an all around beautiful image
The least? Maybe the fact that his whiskers aren't in focus.
What could make it better? Maybe the whiskers being in focus? I could be wrong xD

Beautiful photograph! The cat is gorgeous and has the most striking eyes I've ever seen on a feline. Here are my $0.05 on your photograph:
Composition: Sometimes when a composition is off, you get this overwhelming feeling that something in the image is wrong. I do not get that sensation with this photograph! As such, I personally like your composition here!
There are a few things a bit off with it, but I only noticed them after looking closely at the image. Generally, you would like to either have the entire ear in the frame, or crop a few inches above the very bottom of the ear. Otherwise, it has a tendency to feel as if you weren't paying attention to those ears! I can certainly see why the ears are cropped as such in this image, it centers the cat's nose which, as strange as this may sound, makes the image look rather soothing. Which is why I initially did not feel anything was ary with the layout. Technicalities: Your depth of field here is great! I am always a sucker for a lovely bokeh, and this image is no exception. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the focus. It is solely on one side of the cat's face, which leaves the other eye fuzzy. I'm pretty sure this is solely a personal opinion, but I like to have both eyes in focus, something feels off to me when one is sharp, and the other is soft. All I would suggest for this is changing your f/stop slightly so that both eyes end up in focus. Your colors and white balance is great here, and the part of the image that is in focus is nice and sharp!
