Skit stared at him and smiled, only weakly now. "I thought that you'd want to finish your breakfast first, is all."

Skit just stared at Allen, one brow raised. He soon chuckled softly, smiling again. "Meet you out by the neighbor's backyard, then." With that, he turned and head out the door, a towel slung over his shoulder.

He nodded his head and after a bit he was out side after Skit.

Skit was nowhere to be found, but his towel was drapped over a chair. The neighbor's pool, which was bug into the ground, was large and calm, as well as clean.

Allen looked around a bit worriedly with a frown.

Skit's head soon popped out from the water's surface and he stared up at Allen, smiling warmly. "Allen...you look so lost."

He screamed like a girl and almost fell back on his butt... he sighed and put his hand on his chest "..You scared me.."

Skit stared at Allen for a moment then giggled to himself, resting his elbows on the egde of the swimming pool. "Scared you? I'm sorry." A fish-like tail surfaced from the water, the end shaped like a large V, but it was only visible for a moment until it sunk back down underwater. A mermaid's tail.

Allen moved over a bit confused he looked into the water close to it now and blinked.

Skit watched him carefully, a bit confused at what the boy was doing. The tail resurfaced then slowly decended back down into the water. "You're...staring."

"..A------hh!! I'm sorry...i-is it yours?" he blinked looking over to him.

Skit nodded lightly, his eyes bright, but serious all the same. He smiled again. "Yeah, it's mine."

"...r-...really!? that's so cool!!" he smiled.

Skit nodded again, smiling softly.
"Nobody knows but you." He pulled himself up and turned, sitting down on the egde of the pool. From his waist down, all there were was scales; violet, green, and blue. He chuckled softly, running his hand along his own neck. "Feels weird though...losing it then gaining it again then losing it." He blinked.

Allen moved over some and let his hand lightly and gently go across the scales with a smile... they where so cool..

Skit watched Allen carefully, continuing to smile. He looked up at the windows of the neighbor's home, seeing that the lights were out and all was dark. He brought his attention back over to the boy.
"There's more of me..."

"..R-.really?...where?." he smiled.

Skit pointed to where the beach was, frowning a bit. "The ocean, of course." He flicked his tail slightly, letting it surface the water of the pool a bit.

"..A-...ahh! that's so cool!..." he smiled and looked down back at his tail

"Yeah..." Skit looked up at the sky for a moment then looked back over at Allen. "My kind are like seahorses."

He smiled and jump hugged him

Skit flinched slightly and blinked. He laughed.
"What's gotten into you?"

Skit laughed and hugged Allen, getting the boy a bit wet. "Why sorry? Nothing to be sorry about."
