Exactly. Cabbit's english translation reached just the first 10 stages. The last 4 are "missin" (not translated into english). You can get the full KOF Kyo manga in many chinese pages, but just translated into chinese, not english or spanish.
Tuku.cc was a good example. There are many manwhas and mangas there but sadly, in chinese language.
