Well the ocean waves may be too big for the rat, so I suppose it makes to make due with what you've got. Good thing there's a surfboard that small. Hah, well done!

Lol, nice adaptation of PB and transferring his usual beach setting into a sewer. I suppose surfing in this case would be the best way to go, not just for sport but for transportation, for safety and health reasons
