my first projecttrying to gather as much emoticon oc's as possible.
Rules
- must be a emoticon Duuuh...
- 15x15 min. 30x30 max.
- can be static or animated.
- when animated it can only be 1,4 or 8 frames
-must be your emoticon oc.
- one entry per emoticonist
- transparent background
