An additional villain for a later part of Liana's story. Ceire Bodkin is a 42 years old scientist who dedicate her passion and craft to the Lawless Syndicate. She manages to join it thanks to her twin brother who was part of it for a while as an engineer and technology expert. Brilliant scientist herself, she was working for the Werlen Medical Corp. until they got rid of her and couple more scientists after being replaced by machines. She held a grudge against this company, not only for replacing her by advanced technologies, but for stealing some of her work and never got the credit for it.

As she joined the Lawless Syndicate, she worked with a few other scientists and the Nuns to create bio-weapons/drugs like :
- The "Nun Serum", a very expensive & experimental drug transmitted by syringe injection. It removes the memories of the patient and help onto brainwashing. Elise was the first subject to which it worked but left secondary effects like lack of emotions. Kimie was the second subject for a new version with good results, until her skin turned gray. Ceire hopes she will provide a good version of the serum later on to herlp the Nuns rebuild their cult.
- The "Lustkin 2", a modified aphrodisiac transmitted by drinking it or by enema. It boost the pleasure sensation to the patient by making some body parts more sensible and increase the body temperture. Kimie was also a test subject for this drug, it didn't left any second effects but the first tests proved to work shortly until their "Two" version can give the effects for two hours. Drinking it doesn't leave a taste but the effects are less intense.

During experiments with prisoners, she wears a black cloak covered in crow feathers and a black plague doctor mask to hide her identity. Even if she wears latex gloves and pants, she isn't affiliated with the Nuns. Ceire has a cold personality, all she wants is to do her work as she has more freedom to improve her skills. She has a great bond with her twin brother, they supports each others a lot ever since they were young. She never knew her twin was working for a criminal organization until she got the opportunity. Ceire has no interest for bondage, the bare minimum she does is to strap someone on a table or a chair, and gag them.

With her brother, she holds half of a key that contain a secret.
