Anyway, nice pic. You need to work a bit on the dimensions a little, Hinata's much taller and thinner than she should be. Shorten her torso a little, make the arms and legs match (the legs are too stocky), and her neck shorted.
For Naruto, just increase his dimensions a bit. (30-50%) Larger.

the colors definitely clash.. i think a chibi might have suited batter with way more subtle colors... but i must compliment the coloring of the kyuubi... it's totally destructive...
