Well, I neither bought nor made the costume by myself. What I did was that I bought the fabric and went for sewing ppl that I know though.
Other props...I made them by myself.

About the pacifier,
I bought a real baby pacifier, then I cut the plastic part out (to put the ball instead).
Actually, the ball is made from a foam ball and I painted them all in blue. That's it.
I think you can find a foam ball in a stationery store.
