This is for 's weekly "Draw Me A Pokemon" Contest! This week was Horsea!I'm SOOOO proud of this picture! I like the Horsea more than anything in the picture ^^ Maybe the highlights in the picture? Hahaha Idk ^^ I love it anyways!
