Yes, that's a fair observation.
The difference (I'd like to think) is that I
espouse no alternative, I do not I push my
ideological beliefs as the cure to what ails ya,
and I'm not a zealot for some cause.
I'm just tired of douches is all.
Michael Moore, Bill O'Reilly, Bill Maher...
It's: "Hate Hate Hate! Scream Scream Scream!
Their team sucks! Our team rules!"
Yuck sir, just yuck.

I'm totally with you on that one. But I do enjoy listening to the alternative view points, even if I don't always agree with them.
It's good to have both sides of the story - because that way when you DO choose a side (if you choose a side at all) you can't be accused of being ignorant because you know both sides of the case, and have made an educated decision about which one to follow.

The alternative?
That is all there is, I haven't a choice.
Everyone wants to force their personal morals
on everyone else.
That's how it works, and I despise it.
I will choose nothing.
If you pick a political philosophy, then you're (in all
reality) saying is: I will side with said group, even
if some of their views counter my own. I will
follow and abide by their belief structure and ignore
my conscience for the simplicity of expediency.
Fuck that noise.

So you don't believe in anything? Bugger political philosophy, I follow my own personal philosophy - but I still believe in it. (I don't force it on people, but I do abide by it)

It's not that I don't believe in anything, but that
politics is a game played with other people's lives,
and I will have no part in it.

I liked it except for one small but still very important detail to keep in mind, and it goes like this: Teller, is not Penn's friend but his work partner.

Whoops, had no idea.
I would change the the sentence in question
but alas, laziness prevails.
Then again: I could have said they both eat
a bucket of puppies for breakfast every morning
and very few would have ever been the wiser, lol.

Works now.
I can't stand this show. They're awesome as magicians, but utterly shitty as hosts of their show.

Haha, yeah, they're libertarian celebrities,
it's an okay political philosophy I guess, but
it's followers are usually WAAAAYYYY too into it
if you know what I mean.
"If you don't believe what I believe in, then you're
stupid and wrong, I should know, I'm a fucking magician!"

Haha, I used to love that show back in High School. I stopped watching it for a year or two, moved out after I graduated, then finally caught it back on a couple months ago. I was like "WTF!"

Yeah, I adored the first few seasons myself.
It just seems to me they ran out of ideas and
just started preaching libertarianism.
Creepy political zeleotry = Bland boring anything.
