EDIT: 6/21/2007Okay, for some rediculous reason, this crappy doodle from YEARS ago is still recieving new +favs and views every day. Thanks a lot guys, but PLEASE NOTE, this piece is ANCIENT. It's nothing like my new work, and yes, I'm aware it became Mew Mew Power and whatever. It was just a silly doodle that seems to have taken a life of its own. So, please look at the rest of my artwork! This one SUCKS!
Well, as some of you know... Tokyo Mew Mew has been liscenced.
By 4KIDS!! These were the same folks who messed up Shaman King... Now it's called HOLLYWOOD Mew Mew, and Ichigo is ZOE. NOooooOOo!!! So, in my rage, I doodled this on my aiptek. It's crappy, yeah. But, SAVE TOKYO MEW MEW!!

P.S. Of course, Ichigo uses a Mac, but it has a strawberry instead of an Apple...I'd use a Mac too of I could. Her iPod Mini is pink.

If I could dub Tokyo Mew Mew, I wouldn't put it on 4kids and I wouldn't change any names. I would just translate the word to english.

UGH!!! I hate 4kids. As far as i'm concerened, their studio is equivelant to hell.
At least they kept the names similar in animes like Sailor moon(usagi=moon, serena=moon)
They could have at least kept the names right! How the hell does kishu=dren??

As much as I hate Ichigo and her terrible mary-sueness...."ZOE"? "Won't even know it's from Japan?" Come on now, don't completely rape the show of it's background!
Also, all the girls sound like they inhale helium every 3 minutes. What's UP with that? My voice wasn't even that high when I was 6!
But Carina isn't...TOO bad, right? Poor Mint, she's the coolest Mew on the show.

Ugh....yeah, Corina isn't too bad...Come to think of it, neither is Zoe(the name actually means Born of fire O.o) But they really screwed up her last name. I mean, BUCKSWORTH?? These people are PURE EVIL!!!

That's not true for all of them. Many have the same vocal range of girls in all other countries. Hmm, but maybe I confused Mew Mew Power with the other american Mew dub. Either way, one of them makes the girls sound helium high the whole time. Quite obnoxious. >_>

If I were to dub tmm, I would PROBABLY change the names, KEEP the fact it's happening in japan though I may edit over japanese words written down so fans can still read it in english, and, well, I'm sure the tmm creators will let me dub the FULL series! XD [link] [link]

i know, this is reallly late. but! they should have kept the names, and you kow the subbed version thats still in japanese but has english subs? they should have transferred the subbed part and kept the names and found somewhat relative same voices that sounded similiar to the japanese ones!!!
