Commish for !I admit I didn't keep up with Fully Charged that closely, so I'm not sure what GutsMan's ultimate fate in the show was, but CP and me liked the idea of him being a chef for the nature of the pic. Rush was tossed in to give it a more wholesome vibe.
I was going for cartoony fat, back when a character could gain weight for a visual joke in older cartoons and children's books. Modern stuff has somewhat brought it back like Gumball (Gumball, Darwin, Richard, Anais) and Big City Greens (Cricket) though.
