Description
Concept of the ensuing battles in Selector Land!I have no idea why this has been on my mind lately. >3<; Most of my Sunday has been spent working on plans for this. This arc must mean that much to me, lol.
I drew this in the Gallipolis McDonalds while waiting for my writer friend to arrive to get paid and discuss some final stuff for the kids book.

I'm not exactly sure, since other examples of it in-show involve no such gold plating: [link] :/
The runabout definition is simply a Digimon growing up in an instant. ...Which I guess means Shoutmon and MetalGreymon's older selves just happen to be gold plated robots.

From what's been seen in Xros Wars though, it's not linear so to speak. In that OmegaShoutmon doesn't Digivolve beyond that form.

It's not so bad if you don't over analyze the Digivolving too much.
Digivolving's weird to begin with when you consider a hamster with batwings becoming a toned, feathered human with wings and a golden, steel pipe.
