And another thing...When Enterrans are destroyed, they revert into EnCards.
Why Cards, I don't have the faintest idea. Keep in mind that this anime was made at a time when everyone wasn't capitalizing on the whole Card Game factor.
The EnCards function similarly to DigiEggs in that Enterrans can be reborn so long as they are intact. (So far the only way I've seen rebirth possible is by being revived through a machine) If the EnCards are torn up, then the Enterran is officially dead.
Also, like Digimon Data, when an Enterran assimilates the EnCard of another (Beast Types are often shown to eat the EnCards while Human Types just absorb them like Digimon do Data.) they mutate into a hybridized form or a completely different Enterran (a perfect example being Mushra absorbing Kutal and Sago's EnCards and turning into Mushrambo).
