Hawk Moth: "Tantrum, I am Hawk Moth. Those pesky Buttowski siblings won yet again, haven't they? First they covered you in whipped cream, and a year ago, made you be dismissed from your own club. Your temper tantrums can now create earthquakes all over your town, you could also hypnotize people into letting you rejoin your precious Poise Posse.
I will help you get your revenge on those brats, but first, you will bring me Ladybug and Cat Noir's miraculous!"

Powers: Penelope now has sonic screaming powers that could create earthquakes over Mellowbrook, and demolish entire cities, she could also mind control people into obeying her orders, and now wears new clothing that are dark green and black with a butterfly on the shirt singling her allegiance to Hawk Moth, and a Dr. Eggman-esque look.
