(All of his teeth are sharp and pointed, he grins a LOT to show them off. Also, his tail is prehensile! He loves to use it and show off by grabbing things with it, using it as a third arm. Shamlian's the villain, obviously, and is constantly trying to get Blixer on his side.
Cobalt and Cyan end up winning him over though, and Shamlian works against Blixer as his enemy!
Shamlian was always an enemy to Blixer anyway.
