I think it's a pretty good work. The scales look a little awkward, but since the aim of this drawing is to improve, I think you did a pretty good job. The tail is a bit too fat and short, and the head is kind of tiny in comparison with the body. Also, dragons do not really...have fur...on their body. It's scales only, or that's how it should be. All in all, I think it's pretty good

See, it's constructive criticism I like~ They help me get better at my faults in my drawings. Yeah, now that I've taken a better look at it, I've noticed the tail is a bit fat XD When i lightly sketched it, it was actually skinnier but then the mane made it look fatter.
Hm.. I kinda think the head is reasonably okay, but hey your opinion.
Haha well, be it spikes or a mane, it doesn't bother me at all. Now and again I'll change my design.
Beforehand, I'd draw dragons without scales and unless I did some shading, it kinda looked awkward without them.
