Personal work inspired from the EQGs movie: Forgotten Friendship. I've always thought and hoped that maybe one day Celestia and Sunset Shimmer would have met again and I'm happy it finally happened. The title is a metaphor about the two characters' names and roles, cause one is the princess of the sun and the other one is called Sunset Shimmer, that once was Celestia's pupil, before Twilight. So you can see it like a second more little start near the bigger one, since once they were apart, now they are together again.Related content

Awwwww, it's so beautiful and emotional! The lighting, the bit of haze in the background, the tear rolling down Sunset's face, and even Celestia's subtle sparkle in the eye makes it all the more lovely. You can also really feel the emotion from the two of them reuniting. Amazing painting of the two of them!

I think what is still missing is the appearance of Sunset in a regular episode since she used to live in Equestria.
