GIGA-WATT is a rogue prototype unit that has been reduced to an almost feral state, he tries to find any piece of radioactive metal to keep the lights on!

His hyper-charged car is nothing but a mystery integrated within his own systems like himself the vehicle is modified to run on the same fuel as him, other than the fuel system the car was rebuilt from a destroyed variant said to have been a lost design was found near where he was built, it does not appear that GIGA-WATT has any other intentions than consuming raw fuel and making a mess of the road and any drivers on it in his path!
