It’s Hazuki and isn’t she cute? Much cuter than her disposition. I just finished the Moon Phase anime and eagerly await the newest manga in hopes that the manga might have a better ending. Wasn’t a bad ending but the manga already has much more detail in it.I used the cover of the 3rd manga for reference. Here’s what it looks like => [link]

Wait, did Shinbou finish the anime before the manga was done being released? I hadn't realized that XD
What didn't you like about the ending? I thought it was a little bit to predictable, and, well... Sappy. Everybody came out alive. Though, this was balanced out by the fact that they still would have had the vampires coming after them... And then, of course, the last episode was pure Shinbou craziness
Anyway, in reference to the picture... Really good job on her hair and eyes
Though, the angle of her cat ears looks like it's a little bit different from the angle of her hair (Her bangs, specifically), and there's something... Strange about her hips. It looks like she's bending over backwards, which... Doesn't fit with the placement of her feet.
Also, you have a little bit of pillowshading going on with her clothes, but I don't see that as a huge problem

Yeah, I can definitely see how it would have been just weird if you hadn't already seen some of his later stuff (And, seeing as PaniPoni Dash and Zetsubou Sensei hadn't come out back then, it would be kind of hard).
Actually, it was weird anyway--But, being a Shinbou fan, it made "sense" to me
