Aw, that is so beautiful! I've been watching a few tiger documentaries lately, I didn't know their situation is as grim as it is.

yeah, the amur leopard is probably the rarest cat in the world, they kind of like the snow leopard, they live in very cold regions, expect they a more of a coat like their African cousins.

Indeed, I'd never heard of it. It feels so odd seeing these big cats in those environments, doesn't it? Or perhaps they evolved there in the first place and migrated to Africa?

not really sure, but leopard have far east as india, so they were a pretty wide spread animal and could adapt to just about any environment.

i know leopards were, but i don't know about cheetahs and yeah lions used to roam parts of asia too. i know there was a subspecies of cheetah called the king cheetah that was bigger then a normal cheetah and different spots, but they are nearly extinct too.

Ah yes, the king cheetahs are so beautiful. I always suspected they might be a similar variation to black leopards (called panthers for whatever reason), something to do with an excess of dark pigment. So rather than spots, the king cheetahs have darker parts and patterns that float together.

yeah, black panthers are basically leopards with a darker coat pigment, same white lions and tigers, that is mostly just a resistive gene that tends to pop up every so often in the their genecties, but king cheetahs are more sub species because of their size difference and spot pattern.

yeah, pretty much.
yeah, there was a size difference, they were bigger then standard cheetah, they still have the same body shape, just bigger in size.

Nice work, especially with the vibrant colors and the eyes! The tiger's face looks a little too wide and his nose a little too long though, hope that would point out some errors to watch out for. :>
