I'm really falling for Monet, I'll have to do some fanart in the near future, she's just too good. Her interactions with Luffy are hilarious and unexpected. She must have a snow devil fruit. Overall I really like Monet(if that isn't obvious already) he design and character are so cool!!
On to the kids, to be honest I don't care much for them. I would've knocked them out just so I could deal with them later. Like seriously I think that would've been an easier answer.
On to the most brutal part of the chapter, Vergo Vs Law!! Vergo is a monster, he was fast enough to catch and attack Law while in R.O.O.M, that's crazy speed! And afterwards the beating was just ruthless, which gives Vergo a thumbs up for being such a good villain. Even if he forgets stuff and has a sticky face. I wonder how Smoker will fight Vergo, he just beat Law in a second and Law easily beat Smoker so I'm wondering how this will play out.
Where's Ceasar? And I thought Law's hair was going to look different instead of unkept spiky...

I love Monet as she's for now (chapter 685); I hope Oda have greater plans for her! So I like the way you drew her with Luffy, that scene was as much awesome as when she stopped Luffy with her claws!
For Vergo...I don't really like him, his character seems to me a second Lucci; but I don't like Law as mush as others do, so I don't care if Vergo hurts him.
Smoker is just the man in this chapter (and in the following one), finally he shows some of his abilities!

Yes, I as just preparing my response for this week's chapter, I skipped last chapter because I didn't see to much in it.
Monet is defiantly growing on me, the speculation of her becoming a strawhat is growing more and more. As much as I'd like to see more of her I don't see that happening. At first I didn't care too much for Vergo, but I appreciate him as a villain.
Also is smoker using that Black Armaments Haki Luffy uses?

The hope for Monet becoming a nakama, you share it with me for sure. But I think there are some problems: first of all she's a harpy and thus she's more difficult to draw than other Straw Hats, maybe she could join if she gains back her arms and legs, but only Law (who has her heart) could do it; secondly, she has a Logia devil fruit, and that's really a powerful one, maybe too much for her to enter the crew: she would be immensely stronger than most of her nakama (more than Nami, Robin, Usopp, Chopper, Franky and Brook for sure) and if she gains Kuzan's and Sakazuki's ability to fight haki-users she would be as much powerful as the Monster Trio.
What makes me hope to see her again is that she's really an awesome character, she's beautiful, smart and powerful, she's nothing like other femme-fatale (Alvida, Califa, Perona, etc.) of the series. So, given these traits, I think Oda should give her a background and a tragic past and, most important, a dream. It would be great to see Luffy fighting Doflamingo just to save her and she could be the third female member the crew needs so much!
I think Smoker is using some kind of Haki, he's a viceadmiral after all and they all know how to use Haki. I think he lost against Law just because Law caught him by surprise.

It would suck if Law would die since he's getting such a big role this arc. I want to see him team up with Luffy and fight whichever yonkou he suggested.
