I made a flicker animation based on Tron/Rinzler from TRON: Uprising and TRON: Legacy. I only made two images for the frames, but they alternate irregularly so that the lightning and blue frame seems to flicker.Made in GIMP 2.10 with a Wacom Intuos art tablet.
