There was a time (around 2005-2010) that I would attend parties and events that warranted victorian-esque dress.

I crocheted this snood (a decorative piece to hold one's hair) for myself in 2006 using a variety of Irish Crochet elements from a few different books.

This piece is worked in size 10 crochet cotton. I may have used a size 9, or even a 10 hook.
