The next in my series of Pokemon EM Wave Change concepts is Professor Burnet paired with Darkrai. Fennel and Burnet were friends in college who studied the dream world, so of course I had to pair Burnet with Cresselia's opposite.For their combined form, I chose to incorporate elements from Burnet's design in Pokemon Dream Radar since her suit was similar to the usual appearance of humanoid EM beings. Add some Darkrai aesthetics and voila, a new Wave Change!
