It's pretty as a whole, but as soon as you cut into it... it just splooges everywhere.
I'm sure I could add gelitine next time... but I hate the taste of it

yeah adding gelitine would ruin the flavor, maybe if you thicked the cream you intend to use a bit more so that it won't run as easily
