Well it's fun that you have the time and energy (and the talent) - I just get frustrated that, well that I doesn't make beautiful art like this once or twice a day... that's all.
...well to the subject
I haven't seen the reference - I hope that you've used and if you haven't used any - then you really amase me. But it all looks great... as memmin said. Maybe the right ear looks a bit rushed and it feels like there would be a hard time to find an ear that looks like that. I also think that the mouth has a bit to much light on it's right side, so that it looks kind of off-center - but I haven't seen your reference... this doesn't matter much though, since her eyebrows, nose, chest 'n arm are just great... I especially like how you blended the hand...
sorry for making this way too long, you'll have to bare with me, now I'm off to study for me test in humanistic/cognitive psychology...
