Plague of Kings and Built for Perfection.

Perfection is a cyborg of sorts... She's half organic and half mecanical. She's made to be perfect, so she doesn't have eyes with which to judge others. She loves everyone unconditionally. She can't get mad, she doesn't show any opposition or discrimination. Perfection has no eyes so she can't judge things for what they look like, neither does she have a nose so not even another's stench can disturb her. She does have a mouth (just can't see it here) and ears to hear with but since sound is all she knows only very loud noices disturb her. She can't really think for herself since she's programed to think a certain way, but she can sometimes override her own programming.
Perfection loves Plague in a way she's loved many stallions, but what draws her to him is his incredible devotion. It sets him apart from the others who mostly just loved her for her beauty (and some for her nieve, child-like nature). But Plague is absolutely devoted to Perfection. She can't see how hurt he is when she flirt with other males (even though it's generally harmless). She loves Plague because he loves her, more than anything else. All she really knows is that he puts himself down a lot, but she can't imagine why.

Plague of Kings has always been used to regection. It has made him a social outcast with nearly everyone he's met. His appearance is not very pleasing, and he knows it, and others avoid him because of it. They usually won't stop to get to know him, so he's gotten used to it and just doesn't care anymore. The first time he saw Perfection he thought she was the more beautiful thing he'd ever seen. Of course she was surrounded by a half a dozen stallions. She was the first horse he'd ever really wanted to speak to in years. He tried to for weeks to find the right time and pluck up enough courage to talk to her. And of course, when he did, she started flirting with him (as is her nature).
Somewhat shocked that she was flirting with him, the shy Plague wasn't really sure what to do. He wasn't even sure why she was doing it! But then he realized; she couldn't see him. Her blindness gave her the oportunity that no one else had. She got to know him for him and not what he looked like. Plague loved her from then on. He followed her like a love-sick puppy and she seemed to adore him and love him in return. It made him so happy the first time she said she loved him.

However, because Perfection is programed to be a loveing and caring soul she also cares for everyone else she meets. She often falls in love. Plague is really hurt every time he sees her flirting with other stallions and he's had to fight for her more than once, which upsets Perfection because she can't stand violence.

So what'll happen to the freak and the machine?
Will Perfection's flirtations lead her fickle heart away from Plague and into the embrace of another?
Or will Plague leave Perfection, thinking she'd be happier without a freak like him loving her?
