well thats Panty from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt : )for me that anime is like the japanese South Park xD and the two, Panty and Stocking, are really cute : o besides that pic is supposed to be a collab between me and ~PiscaSan because she wanted draw Stocking, i only putted my part first because i think she will need a bit longer
anyway i hope you like and its a long time now i didnt use paint (yep, paint xD) : P
