After watching Unexpected Journey, my excitement for the second movie in the trilogy just multiplied 10 fold. I actually cried at the end of the movie! One of the reasons for that is cause I couldn't wait a year for the next movie!! (This isn't much of a spoiler. There have been pictures posted in entertainment weekly and scenes in the production videos of the hobbit of this particular scene)
Thorin will be having none of this shit today

Cute Hobbit movie work! if you were a fan of the Goblintown fight sequence, you'll love the barrel sequence. (I thought 'twas awesome anyhow)

For some reason i pictured thranduil as a brown wrinkly mushroom with beautiful golden hair and a crown of green leaves... I said this cuz in the book... Meh, I'm not gonna say any more... XD

All their different expressions are spot on. Thorin is like 'Why do theses sorts of things keep on happening to me?'
I like how Bofur, Dori and Ori are just like chilling. Balin is more worried about his beard than anything else. Gloin is having serious issues with his barrel. Is Bilbo holding on to his? I'm curious to know how Bilbo will be escaping the Elven Palace, if he'll be in a barrel this time (because he remembers to pack himself into one unlike in the book where he forgets and goes into panic mode when he realizes) or if he'll ride a barrel like he did in the book.
Anyway, I love this! Great Job!

Haha, I can't wait for this scene ! I think this is EXACTLY what Thorin's reaction will be in the movie. Not amused.
And the other Dwarves are all great too - Balin is like "Nooo, not my beard !", Bofur is like "I look so cool in this barrel" and Γin seems to not have a clue of what is going on. Oh, and I love Dori's badass attitude.
