Possible improvement - give the viewer something to zero in on, that isnt blurred. You almost achieved this effect with your eye.

Absolutely beautiful, it produces a sense of clarity within the sheered world, which surrounds the eye. (Fluid motion within the stillness of the surrounding space.) The total image is as beautiful as the woman. The eyes are the gateway.

Ok, this is some really kickass work here.
The girls eyes are beautiful, and her posistion holding the wheel is just perfect for this peice. I just wish I could see her face a "little" bit more. heh.
The motion blur, the burn, the highlights, it all is just screaming out the words "refined".
