Description Other than Rivos as a former member for Cipher and Moro for Snag'em, my only other ocs in an evil Pokemon team/syndicate are these three, all in Team Rocket.

Adair, Ferreolus and Quill with their first pokemon. ( Paras, Raticate and Qwilfish )

Adair's Luxray with his son, Meowth, whose mother is Tehila's Persian.
