Description
This has a bit of a story. So, a friend on steam called me, because there art room was dead. He wanted me to do some art, and so i accepted. After some days, I finally came to making it. After a hour or more, I realized what i'm doing is just god awful, and there is no way I can make it look good. The original idea was also in an other map, where there is a doom guy like person who kills a giant, while there crewmates are being attacked, and have to hold on. The idea was scraped because of terrible posing, odd camera position, and there was no way to fix it, and lighting would have looked kinda awful. So I decided something pretty quickly. I came up with the idea of robots, in the dark with glowing eyes. After that It became an invasion, where people are being murdered, and a city is being destroyed. It was surely a ton of work, especially in the case of lighting. It was really hard for me to decide what goes where. After placing down a lot of lamps, it stayed like this. I also recommend to look out for small details. For example, the people in the hotel building, the innocents, the blood on the heavy bot, a heavy's head on one of the boxes (the boxes contain explosives). Hope you like this one too.
