CONTEXT:

Based on The Amazing Spider-Man Vol 1 #664, Yuri Watanabe, an honest cop and an ally to Spider-Man took the mantle of a vengeance-full vigilante known as The Wraith. Jane DeWolff, another cop who also used to be an ally to Spider-Man back in the day was murdered by a serial killer known as The Sin Eater. DeWolff was a mentor figure to Watanabe and her murder shook her severely. Later the notorious Spidey villain The Chameleon made a mask of Jane but when he was caught the police came to its possession. Watanabe stole the mask and impersonated DeWolff making everyone believe she came back from death and punishing criminals. Spider-Man learned the truth with the help of Carlie Cooper, an excellent forensic scientist who did some digging and discovered the truth. Sadly no masking was shown in the actual issues of the comic, the whole thing is told through dialogue. So I made this short comic imagining how Yuri disguised herself as Jane DeWolff.
