Everything form the way she's stands to the way she looks at you with one eye is amazing!
I think you captured her in the best way possible and more so by having her with her pipe ready to fight and take over the world. She knows where she's going and what she wants and is going to get it by forcing her way in and taking what she wants but also that she just wants friends and family with her and it's slightly shown that deep down she just wants to be loved and not fear.
She just can't express it well. Thus she takes over the world and it really is;
"Become one with Mother Russia!"

Well, what can I say? (other than I'm just trolling out my free Premium membership for a day)
The pose is fantastic and really catches the character. I roleplay Fem! Russia a lot (see this account) and agree that it really catches her essence. The way she's hiding her expression in her scarf is even more delightful: it suggests so many things; you can't even guess what she's hiding.
The shading on the coat is a little awkward to observe, particularly around the edge of the jacket and the fold over her left thigh, but other than that, fantastic job!

The reason for that is not to be proud of -_-' I made it black because I NEVER use pink and red in the same image. One of my stupid rules. I don't know why but I would see it like a blaphemy. Yes, you have the right to make fun of me, I guess it's an healthy reaction XD
