this picture emanates an ominous aura coupled with a symphony of mystery, even though the eyes of the model are away from the photographer, I get a feeling they could pierce even the darkest deepest recesses of a heart... Lovely composition and a great shot!
P.S. - Wholly on my personal opinion, I think the backdrop falls short of the theme in terms of intensity, not that it matters much since it is not the focus of the shot.
