At first I thought you just turned half of the picture to B&W but it looks as though the leaf just looks like that. Nature has some crazy colors, huh? Great shot!

It looks like either a poinsettia leaf or an hibiscus leaf, but what do I know... except that the color is gorgeous and I applaud you.
