Background: Saren was the youngest of 4 kids with Parents who are loyal to the Empire .He was born much smaller then his siblings , his parents didnt wanted to do nothing with a runt
so they sold him as a slave to the irken empire.. in young age he was sold from owner to owner , cleaning dishes , fixing ships , cleaning weapons, armor and anything that his owners desired,
when he turned 15 he was bought by irken commander and send to become gladiator in Royal arena where he was beaing forced to fight another slaves.. winner would get some money , bed to sleep in and food .
At age 18 Saren quickly becomed favorite fighter amongst the irkens and urned title of Blood Horn.
His parents who sold him often come to watch him fight and always bet on him to win for fast cash grab, eaven tho they hope he gets hurt in the arena.
Saren is not bothered by it at all because he dont see them as family anymore.
One day he was matched with strong looking Irken elite , doing their fight Saren had dissadvantage because he wore only bandages to protect his feet and hands and cloth like every slave but the elite had propper armor and bear like claws on his gloves. Saren was doing pretty well dodgeing the elite hits untill he got triped by the elite who took that opertunity and used his claws to attack Saren streight in to his head , he was ready to kill him.. Saren Dodged the attack but wasnt fast enough to save his whole face..and chunk of his face got ripped off , to amusment of the crowd.. the elite was declared winner and the match was stopped.. owners of the arena didnt wanted to loose popular fighter who make them a lot of money after all..
Saren was send to medbay where he was patched up but wasnt allowed to get syntetic skin to cover the hole in his face because he could not aford it with his pay.. so insted he was given mask to hide his damaged face
